C3 Statement on COVID-19

C3 Church is continuing to monitor COVID-19 updates very closely and their implications for our church and our broader community. With the release of Governor Justice's reopen WV plan "WV Strong: the comeback", we wanted to communicate with you about what this means for C3 gathering for Sunday Services.  Reading the Governor’s plan seems to create the possibility for churches to reopen in "Week 2" of the reopening AS LONG AS the total number of people gathered is less than 25.  Given the size of C3’s congregation and the number of teams we would need to ensure a safe gathering, we don't believe that we can begin to reopen our building under these guidelines.  We will continue to work on what a staged reopening for service will look like and await further guidance.

Even with the building being closed, please remember church is not! Every Sunday, until this is over, our service will be posted online at 10am.   We will also host an online weekly bible study every Wednesday evening.  Register for that event here

It can feel disheartening to not have a definite start date to when things can get back to "normal."  We understand that feeling and share it with you.  We want to gather again and celebrate how God has been so good during this trying time.  In this time, we must be content to "wait on the LORD" (Ps. 27:14).  Keep praying, serving and connecting whenever and wherever you can.

Please stay in touch with us online through our website, on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.  Please know that our staff is passionate about continuing to support you. If you have a need or would like someone to pray with you, please contact us by calling the church at 304-905-9000 or contacting us through our website.  We will keep you updated thorough email, social media and our website in the coming weeks.

Longing to see you all face to face while we are “separated in person, but not in heart” (1 Thes. 2:17),

C3 Leadership

believer...doubter...skeptic

Doubt is natural… Believers need to wrestle with the same questions that skeptics ask. Many believers "inherited" their faith and may have never asked these questions. Both doubters and believers have a moral and intellectual responsibility to examine their doubts and beliefs. C3 is a place that encourages this to happen. Learn more
