Soccer Sunday Letter

Hello C3 Family,

We need to go over a couple of things for this coming Soccer Sunday, we are expecting a very large turnout and need your help to give our guests a wonderful experience.

First, I want to thank the amazing army of C3er’s who worked so hard over the past few days. You are an incredible group of people who gave your time and energy in service to our Lord. We heard comments about every team, and how well you did your part to make the campers and their parents feel welcomed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your effort…it was excellence in motion.

This coming Sunday has become an extension of Soccer Camp, in that we need your service once again. Please wear your Camp T-Shirt this Sunday, we all do and it gives our guests some idea of how many folks were taking care of them. We also need you to park either across the street or on top of the hill to make it easier for our guests, we will have our Camp traffic guys back in action so please follow their lead.

We will also need all the other teams in action although at reduced levels, keeping the little guys safe one more time is something we cannot take for granted. So please come ready to help and be a part of this exciting celebration. If you are on an existing Sunday team (i.e. Yellow Army, CovKids, Hospitality, etc.) and are not scheduled to work this weekend please consider jumping in and helping to make it as easy as we can for everyone.

Lastly, bring additional food…all of our guests will not be bringing anything…so if at all possible make a double serving or bring a second dish. Once again, you guys are the best, see you on Sunday!
