The C3 Food Network presents a Paleo Thanksgiving on Thursday, October 18 at 6:30PM.  Sample healthy and delicious side dishes for Thanksgiving.  There will be a cooking demonstration by Ami Dodd as well as a discussion led by Kathy McLaughlin on the benefits of cutting out suger, soy and gluten.  Seating is limited and reservations must be made by October 15.  We look forward to seeing you then.
